Before you try it
Do I need to add a card to try it?
Yes. Your card is taken when you choose a plan, but nothing is charged during the 7-day trial.
What happens after 7 days?
If you do not cancel, your subscription starts on its own and the first charge goes to your card. That charge is not refunded. Do not want to continue? Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Tetapan (Settings), then Pelan & had, then Batalkan langganan. Only the owner can cancel. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
No. Charges already made are not refunded. That is why there is a 7-day trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If we charge you by mistake, for example twice, we will refund it. Refund Policy
What if I stop?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your data is archived for 90 days, and you can restore it by subscribing again (a recovery fee applies). After 90 days it is deleted. Export your records before you stop.
Who can see my data?
Only the members of your business, based on their role. Access is enforced in the database, not just hidden on screen. Untng staff access is limited to what operations and support need.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. To move up to Business Plus, use the link on the Business Plus card in Pelan & had. For now it contacts us directly instead of switching automatically.
