Untng is made for owners, not accountants. You do not need to understand debits and credits to keep your small business bookkeeping in order: record money in and out, keep receipts, create quotes and invoices, and see profit and loss by job. It is a simpler alternative to full accounting software.
Already have an accountant? Keep your accountant, and Untng gives them cleaner, better-organised records: profit and loss statements, bank statement matching and Excel exports. Untng is a record-keeping tool, not tax, accounting or legal advice.

What Untng does
- Receipt scanning and expense tracking. Snap a receipt and AI reads the shop name, amount and date for you to check. Receipts are kept for up to 7 years while your subscription is active, and can be searched anytime.
- Quotes and invoices. Create quotes, send invoices and keep track of payments, all in one app. WhatsApp reminder messages are ready for you to send yourself.
- Profit and loss by job. Untng shows the profit on every job. Your records stay organised by job, event or project.
- Staff by role. Staff only see the records they entered themselves. Profit figures are for the owner and partners only.
- Calendar. Job schedules and bookings can go straight into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
